Postage paid returns must be made to August Art Paper within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning merchandise, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which should be written on the outside of the package when you ship it back to us. All returns must arrive to us in "like new" condition, and we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
