For when you need a "dignified"-looking vellum, these bold stripes are just right. They have a "brushed" metallic look, not shiny and glittery. The background of the vellum is a sheer frost, as most "clear" vellums are. (The background color in the photo is paper that was placed behind the vellum just to show the stripes better:o)
